Navajo Express operates this Payment Status Portal (the "Portal") to allow carriers and factoring companies to look up the payment status of freight loads.
We are committed to being transparent about how this Portal works. In short: we do not collect, store, or sell any personal information. We use the information you provide only to verify your identity against our existing records and return your payment status.
1 What Information Is Used
This Portal uses two verification flows depending on who you are:
Carriers
To look up a load, you provide:
- Your Load ID
- Your phone number — compared against the phone number already on file for that load in our system
The phone number is used only to confirm you have the right to view that load's information. It is not stored or logged.
Factoring Companies
For bulk load lookups, you provide:
- Your email address — used to send a one-time verification code
- Multiple Load IDs for batch status lookup
Your email is used only to deliver the verification code. It is not added to any mailing list or stored beyond the verification session.
2 What Information We Return
Upon successful verification, the Portal displays only the following for each load:
- Payment Status — whether payment is pending, processing, or sent
- Check Amount — the dollar amount of the payment
- Check Number & Mail Date — when applicable, the check number and date it was mailed
3 What We Do Not Do
- We do not collect, store, or retain your phone number or email address
- We do not use your information for marketing or advertising
- We do not share your information with third parties
- We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
- We do not build profiles or track usage across sessions
4 Security
To protect against unauthorized lookups, the Portal implements the following:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Phone or email verification required before any data is shown
- Rate limiting and automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts
- Failed verification attempts are logged by IP for abuse prevention only
5 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
